Trip Report: Preservation Inlet and Beyond

Chasing rainbows on the drive over towards our Southernmost Fiord was almost as distracting as the thought of eating delicious succulent crayfish for the next week. I awoke early and threw my gear into my wagon and set off with an energy drink in hand to a hidden little place called Tuatapere where a whirlybird was going to collect me and fly me over some hills to land on a boat. Southern Right Whales in

Reports coming in there are two Southern Right Whales cruising around Shellys Beach on the inside of the Aramoana Mole! We've got the boat out as well as a few divers on the mole - hopefully they cruise on over and say hello!!!! What a wicked day to out be diving

Congratulations! To our newest divers

We are a hardy bunch down here and with the last of the autumn months and the winter months upon us it hasn’t deterred customers from learning or continuing to dive. Our open water courses have been fully booked and are that way until September at this stage. Unfortunately the weather hasn’t played ball with us over the last month with a lot of courses having to have catch up days. We want to thank our customers for their patience and it’s great to see their enthusiasm when they come back to finish the course. Come on mother nature give us a couple of weekends in a row with great diving weather........
